Report Unexploded Bombs

Unexploded ordnance (UXO) is ammunition that has not exploded or done so incompletely, as a result of landing in water, snow or soft ground or being deflected by stones, for example. Unexploded ordnance and ammunition remnants are often found on firing ranges, in mountain target areas, on glaciers - but also in a deceased person’s inheritance as a memento of military service. This kind of "memento" is forbidden, as unexploded bombs are very dangerous!

Prevent accidents by following these principles:

Never touch dud bombs - mark them - report them.

If you only have limited means of communication at the time of reporting: Report your find by phone by dialling 117.

Or download our Unexploded Bomb App at the Apple App Store (for iPhones) or the Google Play Store (for Androids) using the search term "Unexploded Bomb".

Otherwise, please use the offical report form.
