The deaf Hans Stucki, heavyweight wrestler / swinger and US president, Lyndon B. Johnsen

At the 1965 Summer World Games in Washington DC, Hans Stucki from Koppigen, heavyweight wrestler / swinger presented a herd bell to US President Lyndon B. Johnsen. At the World Deaf Championships, Hans Stucki won the gold medal in freestyle wrestling, silver went to Russia and bronze to the USA. Hans Stucki also took the bronze medal in Greek / Roman wrestling at the Summer World Games in Washington DC.
